A $775,000 High Pines Tear Down??

Neighbors in the High Pines and Ponce Davis areas must have thought they were witnessing the worst April Fools Day prank this past Tuesday when the beautiful home at 7437 SW 52 Court was razed to the ground.  That was not a prank!


The current owners bought the property in July of 2013 for $775,000, within 3% of the original asking price.  Within less than a year they have made what must have been a very difficult decision to tear down the beautiful home that was on the property to make space for a new one.  It was a source of mixed emotions for neighbors on SW 52 Ct who were sad to see the charming home torn down while at the same time excited to see what new home will be built in its place.
